Updated Plans Presented for Arlington Mixed-Use Tower
MRP Realty has presented updated plans for the previously approved development at 2351 Richmond Highway in Arlington. The new plans call for an increase in residential units from 287 to 334 and a reduction in retail space from over 20,000 to 7,625. The building height would also increase to 294 feet. Amenities on-site would include 242 resident parking spaces, a fitness center, a clubroom, and a rooftop pool.
