Updated Plans Presented for Herndon Parkway Project
Updated plans have been presented for the mixed-use project planned at 555 Herndon Parkway. The most notable changes relate to the building arrangement and site design. The previously approved plan called for three buildings: a podium-level residential building, an up to 225’ high residential tower, and an up to 275’ high office tower. It could be built in three phases and subdivided into three parcels. For the new site layout, the residential tower has been removed, the office tower footprint has been reduced from 325K SF to 200K SF, and the podium-level residential building has been expanded. As proposed, the project would now include two buildings that could be subdivided into two properties and built in two phases.
