Updated Plans Presented for Lamond Riggs Project
Developers have presented updated plans for the last phase of the redevelopment of 2 existing buildings along Sligo Mill Road NE. New plans call for the demolition of the existing vacant building and the construction of a new 3-story building with 50 units. The applicant determined that the existing building, which was constructed in different phases in the early 20th century, had too many embedded design deficiencies to be successfully rehabilitated.
