Updated Plans Presented for Mission Hill Multifamily
Jefferson Apartment Group has filed updated plans for the planned multifamily project at 45 Worthington Street in Mission Hill. The developer has reduced the total number of units slightly to 141, with the number of studio units decreased and two additional three-bedroom and three additional two-bedroom units added. The most significant change since the PNF is the relocation of the building entrance and lobby to the northern edge of the building adjacent to the pedestrian pathway. The planned façade materials were also modified and one of the steps in massing was eliminated to simplify the transition between the lower scale volume on Worthington Street to the mid-rise volume on the internal portion of the site.
