Uptown Apartment Redevelopment Continues
The Bridgeview Bank Buildings redevelopment continues as Method Construction Leads the Level Architecture-designed project to completion. The redevelopment will bring 176 apartments, a 2 story coworking space, and other office space to the growing Uptown neighborhood. CedarSt. Companies bought the building for $19 Million in 2019 and developed this property into its new purpose after receiving approval last year. The project is slated to be completed by the end of 2021 while maintaining its historic appearance.
