Plans are under review for a four-story residential building at 120 - 122 Hancock Street in Dorchester. Urbanica Development proposes an approximately 20,500 square foot building with 15 residential homeownership units and 9 on-site parking spaces. The project sits between Upham's Corner and the Savin Hill MBTA stop on Hancock Street.
