East Side Providence Parcel 2 Sold for $2 Million
The I-195 Redevelopment Commission has sold Parcel 2 along South Main Street in Providence to for $2,040,000. Under official review, plans call for a two-building development featuring 194 units and nearly 40,000 SF of mixed commercial space across a 6-story 180,294 SF development.
