Utility Bill Signed for Edgewater Project in Miami
Developers have recently signed the utility agreement for the upcoming three towered project in Edgewater. The project will be built at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Miami where the previous Biscayne 21 structure will be demolished and redeveloped. The deal will bring water and sewage to the new structures.
All three towers are expected to rise up to 650 feet high and will offer 707 residential units and 10,475 square feet of retail space. Sales for the first 55-story tower called Edition Residences Edgewater launched in late summer 2022. Edition Residences Edgewater will offer 185 condos starting at $1.7 million.
