Renderings of Interior and Amenities Edition Residences Edgewater
Developer Two Roads Development has unveiled renderings of the interior and amenities of Editions Residences Edgewater. The 56-story condominium tower will feature 800 linear feet of bay frontage and will offer 187 residential units. The residences will range from one-bedroom with a den to four-bedroom units with square footage from 1,952 to 3,864. The residential units will be contained on the third-sixth floors and floors nine to 56. Plans include a 13-level parking garage and 3,500 square feet of office space on the second floor. Edition will feature 45,000 square feet of amenity space which will include two resort-style pools with cabanas, fitness center with spinning, yoga and personal training areas, a club lounge, library, private screening room, dog park and spa, children’s play area. The existing building on the site will be demolished.
