West Heating Plant Redevelopment Designates Permit Expediting Firm
The highly-anticipated redevelopment of the 1940s Art-Moderne building has acquired DFM Development Services to expedite the permitting process in the redevelopment of the West Heating Plant in Georgetown, Northwest DC.
The project, spearheaded by The Georgetown Company, The Levy Group, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, calls for 70-72 high-end residences, with residential amenity on the 10th floor.
