Approved West Roxbury Multifamily Sold for $4.2 Million
WBA APT70, LLC sold 197 Gardner Street to CCR West Roxbury Apartments, LLC - a subsidiary of Turner Brothers - for $4,200,000. A 4,474 SF warehouse built in 1910, 197 Gardner Street is well positioned off VFW Parkway in West Roxbury near the Dedham and Brookline lines.
The development will include eighteen three-bedroom townhouses, each with its own deck area/open space, garage, and driveway parking; and a mid-rise seventy 70 unit apartment building.
