WGA Legacy Property Management, LLC Acquires 200-Unit Apartment Portfolio in Brandon, Florida for $36.5 Million

 

 

Houston-based real estate investment and property management firm WGA Legacy Property Management, LLC has acquired two apartment communities, with a combined 200 apartment units, in Brandon, Florida. According to Hillsborough County records, WGA purchased the communities for $36.5 million from Cynergy Property Management. Creekbridge Crossing and Westwood Crossing are apartment communities in Brandon, Florida. Creekbridge Crossing contains 112 two-and three-bedroom apartments in 14 two-story buildings. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center business center, playground, tennis courts, basketball court and volleyball court. Westwood Crossing, located a little over three miles from Creekbridge Crossing, offers 88 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units in eight two-story buildings. Community ammonites include pool, fitness center, clubhouse, business center, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, and volleyball court. The properties in Brandon are located approximately 15 miles from downtown Tampa and are convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
