Wheelock Planning 90 Townhomes at Fannie Mae Reston Campus
Wheelock Street Capital has submitted plans to construct 90 townhomes on the 29-acre Fannie Mae Campus in Reston. The existing office building, which Fannie Mae plans to vacate in 2022, and the parking lot will remain on the site with the homes to be built on four blocks surrounding a new community park.
