Window Outfitting to Begin on Lexington Lab Conversion
Salem Glass Company has begun work on custom-made storefront windows to be installed at 4 Maguire Road in Lexington. RMR Group is repurposing a 54,077 SF class-B office space for life science tenants. Work includes new mechanical and electrical equipment, building utility services, laboratory infrastructure, hazardous materials storage, and a multi-tenant layout that takes advantage of the open floor plates.
