With Additional Safety Protocols in Place Construction Continues at Arsenal Yards
With additional safety measures in place, construction continues at Arsenal Yards in Watertown. The project team has reduced the workforce on-site by around 70% which allows for those at work to maintain social distancing guidelines. Workers must also complete a drive-thru temperature check every morning and supervisors are keeping daily logs to ensure no worker is permitted to work if they are unwell. At the site currently, exterior work is ongoing for the mixed-use building set to include the Roche Brothers, parking, and a portion of the 300+ apartments of Blvd & Bond. Foundation & footing work is also ongoing for the other two apartment buildings toward the center of the site. When open Blvd & Bond will offer modern studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments along with a sleek fitness center, roof deck, and welcoming club room.
