Work Begins on Concrete Core for 370-380 Harrison Avenue
The three levels of parking under 370-380 Harrison are nearing completion and work is starting on the concrete core of the project. The new building will feature a total of 273 units, 172 rentals & 101 condos. The project will bring renewed vitality to a former vacant factory site, connecting the emergent New York Streets neighborhood and the South End. At the base of the building will be a tree-lined streetscape and 8,500 square feet of retail space. Construction is expected to be complete in 2020.
