Work Continues for Alexandria Office to Residential Conversion
Construction continues on the conversion of two 1980's office buildings along Park Center Drive & Ford Avenue in Alexandria into multifamily housing. New exterior cladding is being installed and when complete the buildings will include around 435 apartments. As part of the project, the ground floor plaza level has also been redesigned to accommodate interior and exterior amenities for residents, such as private terraces, exterior “lounges”, and a pool. The first lower garage level will also include access to additional building amenities, rear terraces, and the pool deck.
