The work will include new drywall, flooring, and finishes along with upgrades to electrical, fire, and plumbing. A permit was also pulled for demo on the 60th floor to make way for new space for the firm.

Columbia Construction has pulled a permit valued at $3.8M for renovations to the 28th floor at 200 Clarendon. Work will include the demolition of the existing space followed by new finishes throughout including office, conference rooms, and restrooms.
