Nice Building - the block this development replaces was a worn down wreck. I hope though at least a few units are set aside as affordable units; I am very pro-development/ANTI - NIMBY (O(MG, I cannot stand these whiners), yet I am as well a strong proponent of the build-out of an ever-increasing number of such work-force units.
