Northeastern Should a lot some expenditure for the building of new housing units for those in the area who ARE NOT STUDENTS. FTR, I am strong development proponent who is not opposed to NU's planned build-out, but I believe in equitable development practices in that NU should not become the MASTER LANDLORD for this sector of Boston. NU, help out those who wish to live in this neighborhood but are unable to keep pace with rental increases while you build this new dorm!
