The property features a 4-story, 120,000 square-foot school building located in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood. The building will serve students grade 6-12 and features collaborative spaces, advanced technologies, and a commitment to community engagement.

This is the first dedicated 6-12 STEM school in Boston and is designed to prepare students for the modern technological era.

Boston Public Schools say the $73 million is the first new school construction project in BPS in 15 years and a model for future projects. 

The 128,000-square-foot facility at 36 Winthrop St. in Roxbury’s Dudley Square is outfitted with flexible indoor and outdoor learning classrooms, two fabrication labs, a dance studio, gymnasium, 3D printers, a media center and laser die cutters as tools.
