Sears Crescent Building Refinanced for $27 Million
The Sears Crescent Building located in Boston's Financial District has been refinanced via Cambridge Trust for $27 million. The 41,087 square foot six-story building was built in 1816 and stands six stories tall.
The Sears Crescent Building fronts City Hall Plaza and is located across from the Government Center MBTA station.
Chevron Partners acquires Sears Crescent Building on City Hall Plaza
Chevron Partners today acquired the historic Sears Crescent Building fronting City Hall Plaza for $23.8 million. The building last sold in 1996 for $4.25 million to former owner Copley Investments. The deed for today's sale is posted below:
