Mixed-use development located across from the Beverly Depot commuter rail station featuring 72 luxurious, pet-friendly one- and two-bedroom apartments and 6,500 square feet of fully-leased retail space. One-bedrooms and two-bedrooms start at $1,795 and $2,050 per month, respectively. Apartment amenities include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, private balconies, energy-efficient HVAC, and spacious closets. Community amenities include a rooftop deck, garage parking, a fitness center, a BBQ area, a pet spa, a bicycle repair shop, on-site storage and online payments and work orders. The Flats at 131 began leasing in March 2017 and opened in July 2017, surpassing 95% occupancy in about five months.
