Proposal to develop a 60’ high mixed use building in the Commercial zone including 17, 045 square feet of ground floor commercial, 11,522 square feet of amenity space, 1,686 square feet for a leasing office, 13,281 square feet of open space, and 187,450 square feet net rentable residential units for 232 residential units for a total density of 128 units per acre. The project will include 20 low income units. A total of 314 off-street parking spaces will be provided for the retail and residential uses.
