The project will include 200,000 square feet of office space, 10,000 square feet of street level retail, and two floors of below grade parking. As part of the project, a pedestrian promenade will be developed between 15th and 16th Streets, which will be lined with retail.
With its striking glass facade, magnificent views, and iconic triangular build, this downtown Denver signature landmark is a modern day design marvel. Nestled on the 16th Street Mall near the newly designed Union Station the Triangle Building has access to the most popular restaurants, shops & entertainment.
Built in 2015, this ten-story, 227,631 square foot mesmerizing building was constructed with LEED design elements and high-end energy efficient materials to maximize comfort and minimize waste.
Located at the cross section of Wewatta Street and 16th Street Mall, the Triangle Building was built to reflect the thriving culture of lower downtown Denver.
