About 30 Monroe St and 15 to 17 Chestnut Street, Norwalk, CT
In a collaboration between the city, Norwalk Redevelopment Authority, and Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, this development will be a transit-oriented mixed-use project. It will include 202 units, some affordable 10,000 sqft of commercial space, 60 public access parking spaces, and a public plaza.
As part of the CT Communities Challenge Grant, the city of Norwalk received $6 million to expand infrastructure that will facilitate this development and the development of nearby parcels.
