Conference room 457: Do not remove the chairs. 3. Office 436: Leave as is. Do not remove the overhead bookcase. 4. Room 435 (LAN room): Leave as is. No need to remove the A/C or rack. 5. Office 434: Leave this room as an office. We won’t convert it into a collaboration / meeting room. Please replace the work surface, as is being done in the other offices. (This addition will not change the 25 total replacements already scoped.) 6. Room 430: Do not convert into a phone booth. Leave it as is (a storage room). No need to carpet or paint this room. 7. Room 429: Raise and insulate the north wall only. Do not raise or insulate the west wall. 8. Room 409: Do not remove the FF&E. Leave the room as is except for new carpet and paint. 9. Room 404: a. Do not remove the table and chairs. b. Do not remove and replace the white board. Clean only. 10. Room 403: Do not raise or insulate the wall between offices 401 and 403. Leave as is.
