YES THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY IS USED FOR CIRCULATION BETWEEN BUILDINGS AS WELL AS STORM MANAGEMENT CREATING THE NEED FOR EXTENSIVE LANDSCAPING. 2) Is the requested modification is in compliance with the intent and purpose of the Construction Codes? YES THE CODE MODIFICATION RECOGNIZES THAT THE INTENT FOR THE LIMITED WIDTH IS TO PROHIBIT USE OF THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY AS AN OCCUPIED SPACE. THE ACTUAL WITH USED FOR CIRCULATION IS LIMITED TO 30 FEET OR LESS.
