NO 2) Is the requested modification is in compliance with the intent and purpose of the Construction Codes? YES This request is in full compliance and the intended purpose of the construction codes as it relate to 2021 IBC Section 2902.1.1 exception 3. This does not affect any structural, health, or life safety issues or make the building less safe.
