The proposed building will consist of a total of 9 levels, which includes basement levels (Level P2 & Level P1) and above grade levels (Level 1 through Leven 8). Currently, the site is occupied by two residential buildings and a parking lot which will demolished for the new construction. PSI are part of the design team and will be providing geotechnical engineering services for the project. To provide geotechnical engineering recommendations for design and construction, PSI proposed to advance seven (7) geotechnical soil test borings at the site designated as borings B-1 and B-7 with depths ranging from 25 to 35 feet below the existing grade.
