Description
The DC Housing Authority (DCHA) in partnership with the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) is redeveloping the Park Morton Public Housing complex, which is located on Square 3039 Lots 0129 through 0134. The redevelopment will consist of demolishing the six existing apartment buildings, playground and parking lot, and constructing a five-story multi-family apartment building and six townhomes. The permit application is ONLY for geotechnical subsurface investigation on Square 3039 Lot 0132, consisting of soil borings.
