ECS will advance a total of five soil borings. Borings will be advanced using a track-mounted, Geoprobe Direct-Push drill rig. Borings will be advanced to a maximum depth of 30 feet below ground surface (bgs), or until a confining layer below saturated soil is encountered, or until probe refusal is encountered, whichever occurs first. The wells will not be flush mounted as with permanent wells and will be removed following collection of the groundwater samples.
