Building one is the largest of the three with approximately 122,000 square feet with 30 dock doors, two ramped drive-in doors, and 36 off-dock trailer drops.  Building two includes approximately 58,000 square feet, 34 dock doors, 2 ramped drive-in doors, and five off-dock trailer drops.  Building three, the smallest building on the East Site, includes 27,000 square feet, 15 dock doors and two ramped drive-in doors.  The West Site, 10407 Tanner, will offer two rear load buildings totaling 351,000 square feet located on the west side of I-75.  Building one, the larger of the two, includes 180,000 square feet, with 53 dock doors, two ramped drive-in doors, and 12 off-dock trailer drops.  Building two includes approximately 171,000 square feet, 53 dock doors, two ramped drive-in doors, and 13 off-dock trailer drops.  The center is 10 miles from Port Tampa Bay. Delivery is expected in Q1 2024.
