CCTV inspection of the new & existing lateral from the clean-out to the sewer main; clean-out must be on the sidewalk or within 12-inches of the property line within the public right of way (placement within private property will not suffice). Do not place cleanout in driveway path. b. After the 6-inch lateral is installed, before you backfill, visual inspection to ensure material of pipe, no horizontal bends, and no more than one (1) vertical bend is included. 2) Sanitary Sewer As-built survey digitally signed and sealed by a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper per Rule 5J17.062, Florida Administrative Code. a. Boundary surveys WILL NOT be accepted in lieu of sanitary sewer as-built survey. b. CAD files are to accompany the as-built survey.
