About Link at Douglas 3060 SW 37th Ave & 3816 Peacock Avenue Miami, Fl Link at Douglas is a mixed-use transit-oriented development at the Douglas Metrorail Station. Situated on 7.5 acres along the US-1 corridor at the intersection of Miami and Coral Gables, the project will comprise a total of 1,603 residential units, 280,000 square feet of office, and 68,000 square feet of retail. Phase one has been completed as of February 2023 and includes two residential towers with a total of 733 apartment units – the 312-unit CORE and the 421-unit CASCADE buildings – and more than 30,000 square feet of Milam’s Market-anchored retail space. Phase Two (Final Phase) will feature an additional two residential towers with approximately 850 multifamily units. Construction of Phase Two is estimated to get underway in late 2023.
