Prime and paint interior walls. The project does not include any changes to the existing footprint. There will not be any changes or additions to the foundation. The project has a maximum change lowering the exterior grade of the land by 4 inches. The grade has been lowered just enough to pour a patio slab. The proposed plan also includes a 15x12 concrete patio, that will replace the removed walkway. The project will include a proposed retainer wall 40 feet long, 3 feet high constructed of 6x6 pressure treated lumber with a 6-inch gravel footing and French drain. The proposed retaining wall will extend across the yard. The proposed wall will be 16 feet from the rear of the existing house. The proposed plan includes a driveway repair. The proposed driveway repair of 10 feet from the street toward the house. There is a tree on the right side of the driveway located on the neighbor's property, the tree encroaches on the subject property. The tree roots lift the driveway. The tree will be affected. The rear concrete walkway, patio and the 4 inches of dirt in the back yard have already been removed from the site. The concrete and the grade over time were the cause of the water damage to the subject property.
