Description

- Set-up crane in rear of building for material delivery and debris removal (Location to be agreed upon by owner beforehand)- Remove and dispose of all perimeter edge cleat metal in place- Remove all loose peastone gravel coat; exposing BUR substrate in place- Dispose of all debris in an approved facility in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations; recycling all applicable roofing debris with a licensed recycling firm- Provide and install non-corrosive wood-nailer at applicab...- Set-up crane in rear of building for material delivery and debris removal (Location to be agreed upon by owner beforehand)- Remove and dispose of all perimeter edge cleat metal in place- Remove all loose peastone gravel coat; exposing BUR substrate in place- Dispose of all debris in an approved facility in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations; recycling all applicable roofing debris with a licensed recycling firm- Provide and install non-corrosive wood-nailer at applicable outer perimeters- Provide and install 2” of Polyisocyanurate insulation over all cleaned areas ofroof; staggering all continuous insulation joints- Fully-adhere Carlisle’s .060-mil EPDM “A” system over newly installed insulation (16’ x 100’ FAT (Factory-Applied Tape sheets with factory-applied butyl tape seams)- Sump scupper drain areas a minimum of Eight-feet (8’) wide with tapered insulation material- Provide and install commercial grade scuppers replete with necessary runs of downspouts and open conductor piping leads in place of existing- Flash all parapet walls and curbs in Carlisle 60-mil EPDM membrane; flashing all existing vent pipes and all applicable rooftop penetrations according to Carlisle twenty-year specifications- At all outer perimeter edges, provide and install shop-fabricated cleat metal with compressed water cut-off strip mastic to Carlisle twenty-year specifications under continuous hookstrip to prevent wind uplift (Color to be chosen by owner)ensuring that the building edge aesthetics are improved- Flash newly installed perimeter cleat with Carlisle 6” pressure-sensitive flashing- Provide and install Thirty (30) 30” x 30” rubber walkpads at roof access point sand at all rooftop mechanical equipment service doors- Provide portable toilet onsite for U.S. Roofing employees at a discrete location agreed upon by owner beforehand- Provide for a safe non-disruptive job-site ensuring appropriate access and disposal lanes including appropriate dress for all US Roofing personnel onsite that includes uniform dress clearly marked with company insignia- Work environment to be clean and safe for roof mechanics, building employees, residents and public per OSHA safety standards- U.S. Roofing will acquire all building permits and schedule inspections- Provide Manufacturer’s Twenty-Year NDL Carlisle Roof Warranty
