Boston Property Ventures, LLC (BPV) acquired 59 Auburn Street, Brookline, MA (the “Property”) in Q3 of 2017. The Property is a 6,500-square-foot, three-family, stand-alone building located within walking distance of Brookline Village, one of Brookline’s’ busiest hubs. BPV developed the Property into three high-end, luxury condominiums.

Utilizing an unfinished basement and altering the pitch of the existing roof, BPV maximized the livable square footage of the building and converted a 3+ story building into a 4-story building consisting of a bottom duplex and middle and top floor-through units, creating over 2,000 additional living square feet in the process. Each unit comes with exterior deck space, and the bottom duplex will be deeded the rights to the rear yard, creating a perfect family-style living environment. Three parking spaces are also available for sale with the units, and there is ample street parking for any additional vehicles.

Construction immediately began in Q3 2017 and was completed in Fall 2018.
