180,000 square foot, multi-phase redevelopment of the Burlington Mall. Phase I of the redevelopment, which encompassed the demolition of an existing Sears Auto Center and the construction of a new 35,000 SF retail collection with 13 new tenants is now complete.
Phase II is currently underway and includes the 145,000 SF redevelopment of the former lower level Sears anchor store into 25 new inline retailers including eight outward facing restaurants with outdoor seating, two new entrances to the mall, an outdoor park area, as well as new vertical transportation, docks, and restrooms.
The renovations are expected to completed in the summer of 2021.
