Amazon Expansion - 480 Sprague Street
McMahon Associates (McMahon) has completed a Minor Site Plan Peer Review of the proposed expansion of the existing Amazon facility located at 480 Sprague Street in Dedham, MA. The current site layout accommodates Amazon along with two other tenants, Macy's and Restoration Hardware in an approximately 232,500 SF facility.
Macy's and Restoration Hardware vacated the building in early 2020, and the proposed project includes the expansion of the Amazon facility, currently at 77,000 SF, to occupy the entire building.
The current site features 180 parking spaces, and with the expansion of Amazon, will add an additional 131 spaces to bring the total to 311.
