Dedham Hotel - 95 Eastern Avenue
Saletin Real Estate Group proposes to construct and operate a nationally branded six story 125 room hotel building with associated parking, drainage, and utilities on the northern side of the parking lot of the Dedham Marketplace office and retail site at 95 Eastern Avenue.
The development will revitalize a decaying parking lot located in close proximity to Dedham Square. It is anticipated that the development will increase travelers to the area which will support surrounding businesses, restaurants, and other local establishments and increase the tax generation of the site for the town.
The new hotel, along with phased-in additional improvements to the rest of the marketplace, will serve to revitalize the entire development which was constructed in the 1980's and will be a major contributor to the future economic success of the Town of Dedham.
