Remove and dispose of the existing EPDM membrane only the existing insulation will be left in place.Furnish and install new 2.5" Isocyanurate insulation over the existing ISO insulation.  Insulation to be mechanicaly attached with screws and plates.  Furnish and install a new 60 Mill Mechanically attached TPO roofing system using the Rhinobondmethod.  Provide owner with 20 Year Manufacturer's Labor and Material Warranty
