This is an interior addition. I have purchased a 10 x12 pre-fab modular office from National Partitions. The modular office will be installed in my warehouse. We will use it as a shipping office. National Partition, the manufacturer of the modular office, will assemble the office in my warehouse. The office comes complete with electrical outlets and overhead lights. We will need an electrical permit to connect the electrical sub-box that comes with the unit to the electrical supply in the war...This is an interior addition.
