The Hayden Research Campus, currently consisting of 45,55, and 65 Hayden Avenue, is a 397,000 square foot office and lab campus ideally located on over 37 acres of land in Lexington, MA. The campus served as the world headquarters for Cubist Pharmaceuticals until it is was acquired by Merck in 2015. King Street purchased the Hayden Research Campus in November of 2016 from Merck.
65 Hayden is a state of the art laboratory building that was substantially renovated and expanded in 2010. 45-55 Hayden is a Class A office building that is 100% leased on a long-term basis. Shire Pharmaceuticals, which owns/leases over 1,400,000 square feet in the immediate vicinity, has leased the property on a long-term basis.
Under construction now, 75 Hayden will offer 213,890 square feet of lab/office space. A new parking garage will also be constructed to bring the total parking spaces on-site to 1,624.
