The existing lowest level space is currently configured as a combination of enclosed conditioned general office area, storage rooms, shower rooms and open unconditioned storage areas. The proposed project expands the existing conditioned space office space to encompass the entire grade level. The scope of work within this area creates 2 new tenant spaces with a mix of office and lab uses, new common toilet rooms, a new small fitness center and new common corridor spaces. Building shell improvements consist of ceiling and wall insulation to provide a thermal envelope and a new exterior glass enclosure wall with an aluminum panel soffit/canopy assembly. No building footprint is being expanded and all work occurs with the existing parking garage structure.
