* Sound, mark and demo spalled and delaminated concrete on the ramp surface. Allowance 1500sqft * Demo concrete back to sound substrate up to a 4" depth, cut out existing rebar set to close to the surface, and install new supplemental rebar as required set to proper depth. Apply bonding agent to sound substrate and reinforcing bars. Install new Concrete repair mortar to match the existing in strength and finish. * Rout and seal all existing concrete cracks in ramp surface. Allowance of 360lnft * Remove and replace the existing compressed expansion joint. Basis of design is the Emseal DSM joint * Sand blast the existing ramp to accept new traffic coating system. * Install new cove joints at the transitions between the ramp and the side walls. * Install new vapor blocking primer on the Slab On Grade Portion, primer on fluted deck portion, Base Coat, Wear Coat with Sand Broadcast, and UV stable top coat of the entire Ramp extending 4" vertically up the side walls. * Provide traffic controls to perform work in two phases and provide access to 50% of the ramp at all times for building use.
