The development consists of the transformation of an existing brick and cast concrete structure into a new 3-story, 120,000 SF class A office building with matching 3-story precast parking garage. The main building features all new glazed aluminum storefront/curtain wall facades, new roof, contemporary main entrance, bathroom groups, and open 3-story lobby design, along with new mechanical systems, and connects to the parking garage via a short covered canopy walk. The parking garage adds capacity for up to 300 cars for plenty of on-site parking. Other improvements include carefully landscaped/hardscaped perimeter areas around both structures and exterior courtyard/parking space at the focal point.
