LCB Senior Living's newest project, The Residence at Penniman Hill is a state-of-the-art, 89,000 square foot building that features 90 independent, assisted and memory care living apartments for local seniors.
Independent and Assisted Living residents at The Residence at Penniman Hill have private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three nutritious meals prepared and served daily, fitness center, available laundry and cleaning services, a full engagement program, building and grounds maintenance.
The community also includes LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming was developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital, and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
