About Emery Flats
200 Presidential Way, Woburn, MA
Upcoming two-building apartment community featuring 200 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The pet-friendly community will include amenities such as a fitness center, a rooftop lounge, game space, a co-working area, a clubroom with a full kitchen and an outdoor swimming pool with a deck, outdoor grilling stations, and a fire pit. Resident programming will also be provided in order to reinforce a strong sense of community. Emery Flats residents will also have access to in-unit washer/dryers and individual heating/cooling controls. Many units will have balconies with wooded views.
Both covered and surface parking spaces will be provided at Emery Flats. The project will be located in Woburn in the heart of a significant employment base, with easy access to Interstate 93, the MBTA commuter rail and Downtown Boston.
