RAISED AREA TO BE SURFACED WITH BRICK BEING REMOVED FROM HOPKINS PLAZA LEASED AREA, TRUCK ACCESS RAMP TO BE ADDED FOR SERVICE HOURS ACCESS, EXISTING SIDEWALKS AND STREET TREES TO REMAIN.
